Laparoscopic surgery
A minimally invasive surgical technique in which small incisions are made in the abdomen to insert short, narrow tubes called trocars. Through these trocars, specialized long instruments and a camera are used to visualize, manipulate, cut, and suture internal tissues with precision, allowing for reduced pain, faster recovery, and smaller scars compared to open surgery.
Nephrology
