The Hemodialysis Section provides specialized care for patients with kidney failure or severe kidney dysfunction who require dialysis treatment. This section is equipped with state-of-the-art dialysis machines and staffed by trained healthcare professionals who work to ensure that patients receive safe and effective hemodialysis therapy. Hemodialysis helps to remove waste products, excess fluids, and toxins from the bloodstream when the kidneys are no longer able to perform these functions effectively.

Services:
The primary service offered is hemodialysis, a procedure where blood is filtered through a dialysis machine to remove waste products and excess fluid, helping maintain proper fluid and electrolyte balance. Also offered hemodiafiltration (HDF), a form of kidney replacement therapy that utilizes connective in combination with diffusive clearance.Compared to conventional hemodialysis, HDF remove or eliminate larger molecules and much better clearance to the patient.
Continuous monitoring of patients during dialysis sessions to ensure their safety and comfort. Vital signs, blood pressure, and lab results are closely tracked to assess the effectiveness of treatment.
Tailored treatment plans for each patient, taking into account their unique medical history, kidney function, and overall health needs. This includes adjustments to the dialysis prescription as necessary.
Expertise in managing dialysis access sites, including arteriovenous fistulas, grafts, or central venous catheters, to ensure proper function and prevent complications like infection or clotting.
Providing education to patients about the dialysis process, diet recommendations, fluid restrictions, and lifestyle changes that help improve outcomes and quality of life.
After each dialysis session, patients are monitored for any adverse reactions, and post-care instructions are provided to ensure a smooth recovery.
Quick response to any emergencies that may arise during or after dialysis, including issues related to blood pressure fluctuations, infection, or complications with the dialysis access.
